Not everyone is fortunate enough to access quality healthcare, especially the most vulnerable sections of society. While serving the underprivileged, ChavaraMatrimony.com found that there were many people who needed medical devices and health support, but were unable to afford them. Thus, coincidently came across Zeenath Ashraf popularly known as “SnehaZeena”. A 38-year-old social worker from Kochi is a dedicated humanitarian with many accolades to her credit for her relentless services to the poor and needy patients across Kerala. Working as a Social Worker she spends her time, 24 x 7 for the poverty stricken patients who approach her for all their requirements, ranging from diapers to major surgeries.
She started working as a Social Worker in KESS, 2005 an organization dedicated to help the marginalized and, then moved on to take up the cause of the HIV Infected and Affected through Santhwanam Project of CEVA, KESS and other social work organizations. Though many of her little-big acts of kindness went unnoticed and unsung, many awards and accolades came to her; ChavaraMatrimony.com being the helping hand to those in need of help and care, donated number of gluclometres and essential medicines to Mrs. Zeenath Ashraf for the noble cause.
